Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kokin Denju. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing & Production Time

Every piece in our store is custom-printed just for you upon ordering (Print-on-Demand). Production and processing typically take 2 to 5 business days before your order is packaged and dispatched.

Orders are not processed, printed, or shipped on weekends or major national holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the following rates:

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $75.00): Flat rate of $4.99 USD
  • Free Shipping (Orders $75.00 and above): FREE

(Note: Promotional or seasonal free shipping offers may apply periodically regardless of order value).

Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched from our production facilities, orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location within the US and carrier performance.

Total estimated time from placing an order to delivery is generally 4 to 8 business days with 7 business days being the typical median. 

Multi-Item Orders

Because our items are printed on demand, different products in a single order (such as t-shirts and caps) may occasionally be produced at different specialized facilities. If this occurs, your order may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking information will normally update within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

Under our 30 day guarantee, you can contact us within 30 days from receipt for a free return if you are unhappy with our products.
