Refund policy

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. This means you can request a return & refund for any reason within 30 days after receiving your order.

To start a return, simply email us at support@kokin-denju.com within 30 days of receiving your item. You'd do us a favor by explaining why you would like to return, but you are not obligated to give us any explanation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. unworn or unused (apart from you putting it on for size of course). Please include your order number or proof of purchase in your email.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@kokin-denju.com.
